UBE: Ube’s unmistakable earthy, creamy richness and coconut-like aroma make it one of the greatest flavors in existence. To do it justice, we use real ube halaya (a purple yam jam that’s as delicious as it is fun to say), house-made ube buttercream, pure ube extract, and a sprinkling of toasted ube cookie dough on top for added texture.

CARROT CAKE: A perfect recreation of the most-famous cake flavour in New York Cookie form. Carrot cake cookie is packed full of fresh carrots, pecan nuts,walnuts and cinnamon. A subtle blend of spices gives this cookie a real depth of flavour, finished with a traditional cream cheese and butter icing with shaved pecan on top.

PUMPKIN SPICE: NEW Limited Edition Cookie! For all of you PS lovers out there we have created the ultimate cookie, Pumpkin Spice! Get cosy this autumn with a warmly spiced oozy, chewy New York cookie featuring White Chocolate, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
