ROSCÓN DE REYES TRADICIONAL/NATA
Our Roscón de Reyes takes two days to make, with liquid and solid sourdough, slow fermentations and using top quality raw materials (certified flours without additives, artisan butter, milk, free range eggs, orange blossom water, sugar, salt and organic orange and lemon zest).
The fermentation and leavening of the dough takes place at optimal temperatures so that at the right moment we can decorate them with candied fruit and sugar.
Once inside the oven we see how all the love we have put into each of our roscons becomes a reality, achieving the characteristic golden colour and a perfect texture.
They come with the bean, the king and his crown.
For the roscons that are filled, we have decided to inject the pastry cream to preserve the freshness of our product, and thus ensure that it arrives in perfect conditions.
Small without cream: 400gr, 6/8 servings.
Small with cream: 700gr, 6/8 servings.
Big without cream: 750gr, 10/12 servings.
Big with cream: 1.5Kg, 10/12 servings.
